ORDER

- We ship worldwide via EMS.
- The delivery amount is determined by the destination location.
- We will ship your parcel within 7 business days (Korea time). Additional time may be required depending on the circumstances of the courier company.
- Order changes or cancellations after ordering and payment are in progress can only be made prior to product packaging/delivery.
- After delivery, you must receive the product and return it directly.
- If you want to place an additional order after the parcel has been dispatched, you must place a new order for another order.



CUSTOMES/DUITES

- Prices stated on the website do not include taxes, duties and fees.
- Import duties and duties may be charged for overseas shipments, and will be charged when the parcel arrives in the destination country.
These charges are imposed by the destination country and are beyond our control.



EXCHANGE/RETURN

- After receiving the product, you must process the exchange or return within the specified period. (7 days Korean time)
- If you wish to exchange or return, you must write on the 1:1 INQUIRIES or Q&A board.

It should contain the content below.
Name and order number / reason for exchange or refund
- In case of exchange or return, the product must be in its original condition and all labels must be attached.
- For simple change of mind / misdelivery / defective products, you must write the order number and reason on the bulletin board for accurate processing.
- In case of incorrect delivery or defective products, please write on the Q&A bulletin board before receiving the parcel, and return shipping will be processed free of charge.
- In the case of a defect or incorrect delivery, you must provide a detailed reason for a quick check during inspection.
- If it is difficult to determine the defect when inspecting the product after applying for a defect, you must pay the shipping cost.
- We do not have an automatic recall function.
- We do not support return shipping costs, except for misdelivery or defects.
Please use your own method to return the parcel to us. (EMS, DHL, FEDEX, etc.)
- If you do not send the shipping fee in advance, the same amount as the shipping fee will be charged.
- Since it arrives at the courier address, it takes 4-5 days for final processing after it arrives at the return address, excluding holidays. (Based on Korean time)
- After requesting an exchange, if the product is a scheduled delivery product, it can be exchanged on that date.
- If you send the message without writing it on the bulletin board, the processing may be omitted.
Please do not send parcels without authorization.
